It's great that he's offered you a home and said he'll try to talk to your ex etc, but is that what you want? Deep down? What if things turn nasty and he takes the house away from you? You and bubs will be homeless

He may be offering to help find somewhere, not actually provide the accomadation itself. It might be nothing to do with him being the landlord or anything so outside of his control over what happens.

Yes I agree, that's one side of it. But if he IS the landlord, then I wanted to offer advice from another angle... Especially with us being in such similar positions x
