a bit advice plz

its for a friend shes roughly about 7 weeks pregnant shes not been felling to good and keep feeling light headed and off balance some times actually nearly falling over shes taking iron tabs docs gave her when she told him 2 weeks ago she was pregnant does naybody know what this could be do u think she should call nhs 24 be seen tonight or wait go to gp x

Could be low blood pressure, I was a bit like that for a few weeks and still get it now and then, maybe worth her getting blood pressure checked though find out if it's that for sure.

I was exactly the same. Keeled over about 4 times at work.
Mine was because of low blood pressure, i have it normally but apparently it lowers even more when pregnant so I was just tumbling over mid meeting..... brilliant way to get attention!! lol! xx

i had it on LO.. id go lightheaded.. my hearing wud just be a buzzing noise..
then my eyesight wud just go black!! xx

yep snap sounds like normal nausea / maybe a little low blood pressure?! xx
