So sorry for you loss. 
8 wk scan shows 6 wks and no heartbeat, worried

Hi hun -
I am very sorry for your loss. I know the emptiness, and the confusion. It will pass and become softer with time.
One thing I found helpful was having a small memorial prayer at my mother's grave. I left a small white flower there, and a lot of tears, and asked her to look after my baby till we meet again. I felt it helped a bit towards closure.
Take time to rest. Don't go back to work without a break. I did and now three weeks on I'm shattered all the time.
