Every night i keep waking up at 3am feeling SSSOOOO sick. I lie in bed for 15 mins trying not to puke, eating rich tea dead slow. And to make things worse, i really need a big poo!!! So i lie there trying to weigh up getting up quick for a much needed loo run but running the risk of being sick, or just lying there and messing the bed!! I think my husband must be finding this little routine a real turn on!

Has anyone else had this? I've tried eating toast before i go to bed to stop me waking up so sick (i'm guessing it's because my stomach is empty) but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone tried cereal before bed? I'm wondering whether a bowl of porridge might last longer than just toast. I think i read milk is good.

It's just tiring me out, as then i'm awake for a couple of hours. I was up for an hour til 4am watching double eps of Everyone Loves Raymond, waiting for the nausea to pass. Then i wake up at normal time and i feel fine!! So weird.

Anyway, thats my Sunday update. I have a scan on Tue morning and already starting to worry we won;t find a heart beat....but that's a whole other post..

I've been going through exactly the same thing - I even put a thread about it!! Find if I get up and eat a bowl of cereal it passes. I am still waking up this week but not feeling so sick (now I am worrying my symptoms are going :D )

You could try cereal bars - handy to keep by the bed and oats are a low GI food so should keep you blood sugar stable for longer.
