Quick update ladies - waters have been broken and pains coming quick and fast but no need for pain relief just yet, breathing and hypno seems to be working just fine for now. Was 3cm (just breathing through a contraction now) dilated when my water were broke over 11/2hrs ago. Will either keep you updated myself or will text bella if things get too much x x
