29+4 with period pains all day and lower back ache...

Hi girls, it's says it all in the title really. It doesn't come and go but I'm now on the sofa and it's pretty uncomfortable. Baby moving and kicking as usual, any experience or advice? Not worried but doesn't seem normal as I haven't had this dicomfort since the beginning
