Did you call the maternity unit?

At my hospital its the Xray dep that do bookings but you get your scan with the sonographer over in the Maternity dep. I had to call the Xray dep to discuss changing the date of my scan. My maternity unit had no control over bookings for scans.

its the "antinatal clinic" but its the same number as whats on my 12 week scan letter, so i assume it is the right numbeer

In that case I guess its a case of keep trying. Best bet is to call first thing in the morning before they get busy I would reckon. Receptionist would be there during office hours I am sure.

you would think so yeah, when i rung before i rung at about 10 and this time at dinner time. ill try at 9 tomorrow and hope for the best lol. i think they're ignoring us all coz they're saying they are having trouble fitting all the scans in atm

I hope you get through tomorrow, I can't believe they aren't answering the phone - that is very bad service. I'd be tempted to march down there and ask them in person!
