Hi my names gem and I could do with some advice and support right now , last august 2011 I had my first miscarriage after 2 normal pregnancies I was around 8 weeks , it happend at home on my own and left my absolutly devastated and blaming myself , a few months later I was shocked to discover I was pregnant again , at 8 weeks I started spotting and went for an early scan to find that baby was just fine and they could find no reason why I was bleeding , I went on a usual some days the bleeding would b worse than others til at 13 weeks 3 days I went into hospital with cramps and bleeding , after checking my cervix I was told I was not having a miscarriage my cervix was closed and a scan confirmed a heartbeat and our lil Charlie jumping about !!!! I had a second clearer scan the next day and heard Charlie's heartbeat for the 3rd time but within minutes I had immense pain and bleeding at 13 weeks and 4 days I delivered our precious Charlie then had to have emergency d and c to remove the after birth and stop the flood of blood . I woke later that night feeling empty and so very heartbroken I had to have 3 blood transfusions after fainting and the next day me and my boyfriend came home feeling exhausted heartbroken and in shock. After tests I was told it was just bad luck and probably a placental abrubtion , I didn't think we would get pregnant again as it hit me really hard loosing Charlie but here we are no3 and I'm so so very scared to move even go to the toilet , any advice on how to keep calm would b great , I'm 6weeks tomorrow xx
