My 11 week bump taken last week, so glad I can finally tell people :)

Awwww great bumpy pics ladies! Mine changes on a hourly basis - sometimes my stomach looks normal (it's not flat by a long way - not since I was 17 anyway!!) and sometimes I have a bump! Oh I'm sure a permanent one won't be long!

Here i am at 6+3 goin to struggle to keep this one quiet

Love seeing all these bumps! I want one.

I'm going to dubai in Jan and I'll be 8/9 weeks pregnant. Just thinking now I won't be able to hide that bump in my bikini lol
I don't mind. I'm quite looking forward to it.

Can anyone let me know at how many weeks do you think maternity clothes are needed?

Tri - hopping :) Hopefully you'll be fine at 8/9 weeks, we went to Thailand when I was 16 weeks and you couldn't really tell I was pregnant, my older bikini tops were a bit tight but other than that my summer clothes fit (got pg end of july - went on hols in October/Noveber)

This picture is 17 weeks:

I think its different for every woman- my sister didn't need to buy maternity clothes until she was 6 months, whereas my friend needed to buy maternity clothes around 4 months into her pregnancy.

Will it be your first time to Dubai? I currently live in Dubai, originally from U.K. X

Yes my first time visiting. I'm really excited. Any travel advice?
So you think I'll be okay food wise out there? I usually like to try new interesting things and love sushi and curry type dishes. I think I will need to be careful about what I eat but I guess everywhere has lots of choices.

We are staying close to the beach :) I don't know how strict they are about clothing. People have been telling me I have to wear long sleeved tops and trousers. I don't generally flash my bits anyway lol but are tank tops and dresses okay?
As nearly all my nice dresses are above the knee but not short.

Totally off the topic of pregnancy but thought I'd ask lol

We are quite prepared and the metro line looks easy compared to any other city I've been

Your thinner at 17weeks than I am now lol
Very cute.

I'm a size 10 but I already know I'm gonna be HUGE. I can just feel it's gonna happen lol

You will have a fab time! I was only meant to work here for 2 years, but loved it so much I ended up staying! Food wise you will be absolutely fine- Dubai has so many restaurants and so much choice!

Clothes wise it is pretty relaxed although I would recommend covering shoulders and knees if you go to the malls. Dresses will be fine, shorts, vest tops around hotel and beach will also be fine. Do bring a jacket or cardigan for the evening as it can get chilly in the evenings in January.

It's the shopping festival in January so there's usually entertainment and major discounts in stores!

The Metro is very easy to use, but taxis are also cheap. I would say to head to Atlantis hotel and take the metro across Palm Jumeirah as this is the best way to see it. Also make sure you visit the old part of Dubai too. You can do a dhow ride down the Creek and visit the old souks.

If you want any other tips or advice, feel free to ask. Hope you love it as much as I do. X
