10DPO implantation pain or AF arriving-advice needed

Following CP... I had exactly 28 day cycle and ovulated 13/14 with af arriving bang on 14DPO. This month I didn’t ovulate until 16-17. Because I was never really taking notice of exact timing of cycles etc before CP.. I’m unsure if I vary between 28/32 day cycle. I’ve read that people’s luteal phase rarely changes giving a day to two difference. If I do have a 28 day cycle that would suggest that I’m due my period tomorrow at 11po! If not, then Friday the 13th would be my 14DPO. Ive felt like my af is going to come all day! To try an keep positive I’m thinking that it may be implantation I’m experiencing?! However, I was wondering if any of you ovulate late in your cycle and still see the full two week wait out (14DPO) ... or still keep to the 28days? Hope this makes sense��. Any advice much appreciated

I know what your trying to say... even if you ovulate later then expected, your luteal phase will stay the same. So if your normal LP is 14 days, and you ovulated 2-3 days later then normal, then your AF will also arrive 2-3 days later.
Did you temp or use ov sticks to confirm you ovulated late?
Fx it is eggy getting comfy not AF making an early appearance. Good luck!

Hi.. Thanks for replying... an yes, instead of all the waffle I should’ve just asked that haha . I didn’t temp but I got two peaks on the advanced clear blue fertility monitor on CD16 &17 so I’m pretty sure of around the time I’ve ovulated. I see so many people getting their BFP around 9&10 DPO.. it make me convinced it’s af symptoms. I’m praying it’s implantation! Thanks again �� xx

Ahh right, at least you have a pretty good idea of ov then! Do you think you will test if AF doesn’t arrive or are you going to hold out until 14 dpo? Sorry to hear about your CP, wishing you lots of baby dust x

Awe thank you... I did an ic when I got home from work .. it was negative. I really feel like I’m coming on though... another reason I was asking about the luteal phase because I seriously feel like it should’ve come yesterday... thought I was going to wake up to it. I’ve got two First response. Was going to do one tomorrow if my af hasn’t arrived. Where are you upto in your ttc journey this month?

I’m still wtt, just started taking folic acid and impatiently waiting to join you in the monthly 2 ww!
Any sign of af? IC might not pick up hcg if it was the evening so fx for a BFP tomorrow x

Hi DC .. still no af arrived but still feel like it’s ready to come. I’m due tomorrow.. today I’m 13DPO!! Tested with another IC an still negative! I’ll test in the morning with a first response then

When are you going to start trying? I’m useless with remembering to take the vitamins!!

At some point in the summer, I’m trying to remember to take them but have missed one day. I find they make me feel sick if i take them in the morning so take it with my evening meal which helps. Fx for you tomorrow x

Hi ladies! Sorry for posting in here but I’m new to this forum and not sure how to start a new thread!
So I think I am currently 10dpo and I’ve been experiencing a few preg symptoms. I have been experiencing a very strange shooting like pain in vagina it’s like lightening and seems to shoot up towards my stomach. It only lasts a couple of seconds at a time. It started at 6dpo on and off till now. Could this be implantation and have any of you ladies experienced the same thing??

When I got my BFP I had a weird bruise-like pain in my uterus all day on 6dpo and then horrendous AF cramps for 5 days after. Took a test at 10dpo and got a BFP. I also had that lightning sensation from 6dpo (looking back it was definitely implantation day for me). Good luck. x

I can’t help thinking this could have been implantation for me too! Only time will tell. When do you think I should test? I think I ovulated on 13th May x
