Talking about OH's mine wouldnt let me decide on a pram until he had 900 million reviews first! Luckily the icandy was recommended.

mine is all about the money & considering he spent over £700 on a TV.....pfft to him!! My dear lil Mylo you will be mine

I have started saving £80 per month, since October it started, so by the time I get pregnant and go thru the pregnancy I'll have plenty to buy whatever I want with (I hope) having said that I think the travel system on its own is £700

Well I just thought that there is no way I'd be able to afford to buy everything for a baby if I didn't save. We've got a credit union through work so I just get them to take it straight out of my pay so I don't actually have to do anything to save it. Having a baby I'm sure is stressful enough no matter about not being able to buy what it needs

u girls are so funny lol! i haven't even thought about it but i am throwing a baby shower, not this saturday but next and went to look in cath kidston - their stuff is soo beautiful! i think i'll be going there once i'm preggers!

Kezza - you are gonna hate me..........I'm an everything at the last minute kinda gal!!! No lists!!

I did have a look at nursery stuff......once.......and it scared the crap out of me!! Had no idea what lots of the stuff is for!!!

Thankfully my Best friend has 3 daughters and is very organised so I know she'll get me sorted as and when!!

I am quite happy to bankrupt hubbie to get all the things I want for my little prince or princess!! I think it is worth spending the money as we plan on having more than one so its worth spending money on things that will last!!
Will report back after the baby show to let ya know all the new things that I will just have to have!!

Sometimes I wish I could be like yourself cos if things don't go according to the list then I get a bit eek! Silly really cos I have to remind myself the lists are not set in stone, I drive myself mad sometimes

My friend doesn't believe in making lists or anything & just goes with it, probably why she's so relaxed about everything

Your be fine though my darling, everything will just fall into place when the times right

I'll post my checklist tonight then you really all see how crazy I am plus if someone can make use of it then it's all good

Love this thread. I've already decided when I get caught that I'll do a baby wishlist on Amazon and point family and friends to it if they want to get the baby some stuff. I also thought that I might also do a gift list at somewhere like John Lewis too. That way I'll get the stuff I want MUHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Put it this way I have many many nieces and nephews and am very good at remembering them at birthdays amd Xmas. I reckon its cost me a small fortune over the years. I don't begrudge it but it'll be nice for them to think about my baby instead of the other way round. Hoping it'll be my turn soon.
