I'm the same, I have a number in my head but forget to increase it each day. Apparently I'm 12 weeks today! What's worse is, at my booking in appointment, when the midwife asked me how old I am I couldn't remember! Thirty, umm, something...? (I had to calculate it in my head quickly).
