Would it be SO bad..?!

I love Star Girl's suggestion of ''India Rose'' a beautiful combination!!!

Furthermore, ''India Olivia-Rose'' also sounds like a gorgeous combination. India Violet and India Autumn are other possible pretty combinations!

I also love the name Sabrina....and Sophia and Sabrina go quite well together too!

Sahara Rose is also a winning combo I think - a desert, and a flower....very natural and earthy. There's also Amber which is quite a warm, sweet, feminine name.

If your heart is shouting INDIA then go from it, nothing should stop you. I really like Olivia too by the way!

Lol my sisters name is Sofia and I'm Sabrina. My parents were forever getting our names in a tongue twist and we'd pretty much be called Sofbrina.

Have you thought about calling her the longer version Indianna , thats really pretty to and not an exact match, and can also be shortened. (would work as long as your last name is not the same as ours "Jones")

Indianna Lily
Indianna Jasmine
Indianna Faith
Indianna Aurelia
Indianna Lucille
Indianna Elle

JJ Mum is on to a good idea there!

Indianna makes it a little bit different to the India you know, and you can always call her India for short. Indianna is also a beautiful name. As your daughter grows older it also gives her the ability to choose.

Though, still my ultimate fave is India Rose! Just beautiful. Has this earthy natural exotic feel to it.

It just came into my head Indira , thats also very pretty but not as long. (not sure on correct spelling)... same idea tho..

Ooh, thanks, will add them to the mix!!

Our kitten is called Snork and I'm always getting their names mixed up, poor Sophia's face when she gets told off when Snork's being naughty, lol!! So going to keep away from the S's otherwise I'll just never know what I'm doing!!!

What about India Summer? :)

Tapatalking so cant see signatures

Am I right that Sophie and India are your cousins?

If so then how often do you see them / have family gatherings etc???

My cousin is Elizabeth (she is a Lizzy though) and we had that name on our girls list. I haven't seen her for many years though and although my Mum keeps in touch with her I don't so there was no issue in us having Elizabeth on our list?

However OH's is much closer to some of his cousin's and I wouldn't have used thier names.

I actually like India Elizabeth as a name

xxxxxx

Yeah, they're my cousins, but we hardly ever see them, last time was nearly two years ago!!

Funny you should say Elizabeth, hubby emailed earlier with his top three:
India Alice
India Elizabeth
India Rose

I like them all, although I think my fave is Elizabeth. Phew, finally feels like we're getting somewhere!

Little sod will probably come out and so not be an India, or be a boy, lol!!!

I wouldn't personally. Id want my babies name to be as personal as it could so wouldnt use a name i know someone else has whether family, friends or acquaintances.

Tapatalking :-D Can't see tickers...
