Worrying :(

Last night I had a little blood when wiping ( also had some at 7weeks now 11) then within the last hour iv started with awful pains in my tummy and lower back. I had a mmc in December with similar symptoms lost the baby at 12 weeks. I'm so scared its happening again got an emergency appointment at the doctors at 330pm
