Working Tax creds...does anyone know...

My partner is now classed as disabled and as of monday he is no longer going to be employed due to ill health....

does this mean i wont be able to claim working tax credits or childcare costs now because he is working less than 16 hours per week???

god i hope not, he cant look after Amber so we will be so stuck
