Working/child tax credits

I understand NONE of it! I've just had my reviews through after renewing over the phone. How do they work out what I'm entitled over the coming months or do I need to apply again?

I've only just starting receiving this benefit and I did it over the phone too
We get £82 per week which helps alot
Not sure i understand any of it either
Still awaiting my renewal notice through the post after almost 6 weeks!! X

Did they say what the cut off is to be able to be entitled? I was trying to read up on this and it made no sense to me! :S

I spose once Noah is born I just call and give them everything over the phone!? xx
