Hi ladies,
I'm new here but having rough time at the moment! :(
My partner works away alot & I feel so lonely all the time. All my friends work & I don't so don't get time to see them as when they finish work I have my son to look after. I'm not that close to my family and my rock ie my mum, lives in Spain!
My partner doesn't understand why I get so frustrated & ask him to come home all the time.... he just doesn't get that I love & miss him so much!! He's such an emotionless git sometimes! :x
I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant & have lost 4 babies in the past & it's taken us 2 years to fall pregnant with this 1... erm hello doesn't that give me good enough reason to be stressed!!!
Does any1 have any good advice to help me from getting in such a state??
Thanx

Is there any chance he can work closer? What does he do?
My husband used to work away a lot, its very lonely

He works for a company who has a major contract in Northern Ireland which is where he is based. He says he hates working away but does nothing about it! He used to be alot worse but tries to come home for few days every 3 weeks!
Lonely... you can say thast again :(

You should talk to him, ask if theres anything he can do so he can see you more. It cant be good for you being so stressed out  Try to keep yourself busy and when you see him have a talk about it. You can PM me any time and i'll get back to you ASAP. (my home internets down but i can get on at work)

aww hun i (kind) of know how you feel.

my fiance is in the Army and only comes home at weekends - i want to be with him all the weekend, spending time with him and that etc but he always moans that i 'dont give him HIM time' but he doesnt understand that coz i dont see him in the week, like normal couples, i like to spend all the weekend with him!!!!

sorry your feeling down babe   if you need to talk you know where i am

Thanx for that ladies
Just need to let off some steem :)
MissGobby I know what army life is like as I used to be a lieutenant in AGC before I had my son... its tough but I was lucky as I didn't have a loved one I had to leave at home all the time... I admire you for that!

Hi Lotti

Sounds like you need some female company during the day. Are there any mother and baby groups that meet up in your area? Maybe you could try to meet up with some other mums?

I hope the pregnancy goes well for you and that your fella comes home soon, good luck!
