I HATE my surgery's receptionist, she is an absolute TOOL and speaks to you like you are a piece of trodden on shite! I would love to slap her across the face with a big wet fish, when you actually go to the surgery reception she just stares and speaks like the woman off Little Britain who does "Computer says noooooo".. I feel your pain Jayne, it's their bloody job and they're in the wrong profession if they can't do it properly.. Rant over I hope they are nicer next time xx
