Why did I wish to feel sick!

Finally back home and in bed! Still feeling very sorry for myself! It's a vicous cycle, I feel sick cos I'm hungry so I eat, then I be sick because I have eaten or drank something! Hoping it eases off at lunchtime like it has done the few days! Xx
