where should i start from?

Hi i have been off the depoprovera injections for about six month and recently started my periods again. i had one af for 5 days then off for a week then another for five this was the last one and according to that one im due for af saturday but i had a bleed on the 14th day which only lasted a day so its thrown me a bit should i start from that bleed or the original one

Please help my heads spinning
