I put a pillow under my bum so my pelvis was tilted up ( did this when trying for my first baby aswell), I also did some pelvic floor exercises ( sorry if this is TMI ) kinda tightening/sooking my pelvic muscles if you get what I mean. Just to try and ensure I got enough of those guys up there haha. Concieved my son and this little one after the first month of trying, so it worked for me.
