Hi all,

I feel in a whole load of confusion at the moment and wondering if anyone had any pearls of wisdom.
I have had 2 mc's (probably all of you have heard me go on about it a bit) with no period since February as we caught straight away.
We want to TTC again soon and it has been 2 weeks since I first started bleeding with my second MC. I haven't stopped bleeding yet.
The problem is I feel like I want to start TTC again because we should but the doctor said to leave it 2-3 months at least before trying to "give my body a rest". I feel like maybe one cycle would be enough to get me back to where I was and even that feels like it is going to be an eternal wait right now. I am all kinds of scared and terrified but I want a baby so much it seems worth it. How long should I be waiting? I know we shouldn't TTC straight away as trying to get a solid due date would be impossible before a scan and I felt the judgement about that last time.

I just don't know how long it is going to take for a normal cycle, how heavy is this first period going to be and do you need to wait a bit longer before things are okay again?

We NTNP as soon as I stopped bleeding but no such luck, we’re now properly trying to conceive, I had my first periods just over 4 weeks after I lost the baby and it was ridiculously heavy, I was even told to go to a&e with it but I didn’t have anyone to look after the kids, I came on 11th June and I’m still spotting now, I would defo try and allow for at least one AF, not for dating purposes but to get your body abit more back to normal x
