when do I start my agnus castus?

Evening all!
You may have seen on previous threads that Im experiencing a stupidly long cycle of 101 days so far. I had a teeny bit of light brown discharge last nite and this morning but nothing since so not sure if AF finally on the way or not. Ive had bloods done and am seeing my gp on Wednesday to discuss results.
My question is, I bought some agnus castus tablets today and Im not sure when to start them. Shall I start them tonite or do I wait til AF starts?

Yes i agree with Kezza think you start them CD1 up till OV
