When did you guys start getting heavier symptoms?

Hello all!

I'm 4w2d in, found out I was pregnant about a week ago. I'm very excited! Right now, I have slightly tender breasts, and I get very sleepy at night.

I'm wondering when you guys got more symptoms? My sister's wedding is in two weeks and I'm the MOH, so I hope I don't start with nausea then!

Hi honeygirl and congratulations! It is all very exciting

Symptoms can come at any time or never come at all! Most commonly though they step up a notch between 6-8 weeks.

Yes I agree, usually around 6+ weeks but some women never have any. I've only ever had mild nausea, made worse if I let myself get hungry and then again once I've eaten. I get slightly sore boobs. Never had actual vomiting, never had to wee more (until the later stages) never had cravings... quite basic pregnancies really.
I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and so far I have nothing. Well, I have ever so slightly sore boobs and a couple of days ago I woke with mild nausea, but not had it since x

Hi honeygirl, my nausea has began at the beginning of week 5 I think. I sort of had it on and off. 6w now and today have been really sick and nauseous for the whole day. But I think it's probably all very individual! You may not feel nauseous at all during the whole pregnancy if you are lucky Ive got a friend, who had absolutely no pregnancy symptoms apart from missed period and positive pregnancy test. She said she started believing she is really pregnant when the baby started kicking))) She enjoyed every single stage of her pregnancy and had a healthy boy. Xx

Interesting! So looks like I could be feeling a few symptoms in a couple weeks. (Or not) I hope they come later because I'm the MOH in my sister's wedding in two weeks :-O I'm traveling from Europe to the USA for that, so I hope the traveling and wedding are all nausea free!

Week 6 for me was when morning sickness and other things kicked off.

I had nothing really until I turned 8 weeks, then everything hit at once. I'm now 12weeks and they are going again, thankfully!
