Im making a rice dish cooked with curry powder, onions and stock, then flaked smoked mackeral into it

Were having crispy duck with.......crispy duck lol. My appetite still isn't up to much so i'm happy just to pick at the meat. But tomorrow i'm making tuna pasta bake, MMmmmmmm xx

i enedd up having sweet chilli thin base pizza, gfy garlic bread and onion rings - but the garlic bread was gfy (good for you) hahaha!! was well nice!! x
