Thats what I had for lunch Jacket potato with beans and a side salad.

Its mega mega easy, the rosti are bloody gorgeous, Im scoffing one while DH is in the shower. Tomatoes you just shove in and leave for an hour and salmon is dead easy too. Salad you just shred up really thin, yummy! Last night we had waffles, beans and fish fingers so its not gourmet every night haha

Its a really nice recipe, I will find the link on bbc/food and post it for you the rosti isnt in it tho but I can give you that too, its really delicious and prob great for kids too

I never bother with the truffle oil - it tastes brill without it.
