yesterday i had roasted white fish wrapped in smoked bacon, lashings of lemmon mayonaise and asparagus with radicchio and rocket salad yummy!!!!! x x x

today i had roast chicken coated with garlic and sage, roast potatoes with goose fat, honey roast parsnips, thick chicken gravey, mashed potatoes with butter, double cream and pepper, broccolli, peas and baby carrots seasoned with sea salt, sage and onion stuffing mixed with pork saussage meat, and yorkshire pudds mmmm

I had rice with veg, gravy and a cut up quater pounder burger...oh it was good. But I was more excited about the pudding of an american style cupcake that my housemate brought for me today...until he text me informing me he ate it on the way home....Im ashamed to say I actually cried over a cake.

Im making potato rosti, salmon with chilli and lemon and a fennel, chilli and bean salad with roasted baby tomatoes. Its a James Martin recipe, tried and tested many times over. Watching Come Dine with Me made me get in the kitchen!

can I come round for dinner?! I had pasta with stir in sauce, LAZY, especially as I know how to make my own sauce from scratch! Lovely carb loading evening though!

I baked a cake for the first time ever yesterday, might be the last time too, I've created a chocolate monster lol. Dinner was better tho, roast lamb, veggies, mash, roasties, gravy - couldn't face the mint sauce though which was weird cos I love it normally.

Chicken casserole tonight, I'm feeling lazy lol

hahaha i think i still win oh cook the roast that we had left overs from and he bubble and squeeked it for me before he left for work all i have to to is press a button on the microwave as he has seperated portions as well hahahaha!!!! oooooo soooo lazy - god i need a kick up the bum haha x x x
