What vitamins are you taking?

Hey girls I'm 13 weeks now but waiting till my scan to move over to Tri 2! Was just popping in to ask a wee question though

I took Folic Acid up until a few days ago, but just wondered if I should start taking any other kind of vitamin supplements?

im not taking anything at the mo. wasnt sure as to what to take so steered clear. plus almost all the ones i looked at said not to take when pregnant.

i have my 16 week midwife appointment tomorrow so going to ask then.

Yeah I was scared to buy anything incase it was doing more harm than good for baby! Hopefully your midwife will recommend something xxx
