Vitamins?

Just eating enough vegetable and fruits and a couple of portions of fish a week should do the trick...but if you're like me and struggle with vegs you'd better take vitamins supplements !!
 
If any of you are in Scotland you can get the Healthy Start multi-vitamins free from your midwife. You can take them all through pregnancy, although Folic acid is most important up to 12 weeks.

I'm in Scotland :) will ask about it next week at MW appointment, I forgot to ask when I was at the docs! x
