I can't recommend this book highly enough: What Mothers Do: Especially When it Looks Like Nothing
It's a great book that really helped me regain my self esteem after having DD. It really helped me to look at what I was doing on a daily basis that had worth to it. I was used to going to work and having "acheived" something by the end of the day but with a baby it can feel as if you've done nothing when really you've done a great deal.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is having or already has a child. It's brilliant!
