Well I am english caucasian with a little bit of Welsh...I think. My real grandmother was born in Bridgend, Wales.

OH is english caucasian with a bit of Sicilian and Austrian I believe...will clarify with him later

edit: I just asked him and it's Norway, not Austria. Also he was told by his mum that her side originates from Romany gypsies.

100% irish, lived in London since he was little.

So we'll have a half irish, half welsh, english child. If it is a boy (or a girl should they wish) it'll be playing rugby for Wales!

My mom is half Jamaican and Half English Caucasian (My grandad from Jamaica had part native american and part cuban also lol)

My nan is white from West Brom.

My dad is black, from St Vincents and the Grenadines in the West Indies.

That makes me 3 quaters black and a quater white.

My partners family is English Caucasian.

Not sure what this makes bubs lol

My 5 year old sons dad is half black and half white. So, he is somewhere between half mix and three quaters mix lol...But as you can see from our pic, we look the same colour lol

Once children are mixed....Expect the unexpected.

OK so lets see

Me - born in England

Mother - Welsh (to English parents)
Father - Spanish (entire family on his side are all Spanish going back I don't know how many generations

Husband - Australian (from way back when Australia was a foundling country. Also from the only convict free state, South Australia, so from non convicts families who emigrated out there many many years back)

His descent is from Scottish, French and Channel Islands.

Our child will hold British and Australian citizenship and passports and be brought up to embrace both home nations heritage. And all being well live in both places at some point during their growing up

Hmm good thread! I'm half irish half british, my mum's irish and dad's geordie woo hoo! DH is english and as far back as they can remember. Guess that makes my kid quarter irish and 3/4 english??

Not sure about OH's family, I think they are mainly English, maybe with some Scotts blood.

(believe there's some Italian too!!!)
