What is this...should I be worried??

Owens got this on one side.of his face. Last week he was poorly temps about 39.6 at one point. Emergency doc gave us antibiotics and paracetamol. Said was mild tonsillitis and viral inf. This was sunday. Temo is down he been ok. But what is this now?! I thoyghtt he slept on it but he been uo an hour and still there. He bashed himself with a toy at nursery in thurs. Had a 5p bruise so dont think it will suddenly come out now like that would it?! Please help xx

I looked through it, it's not scary I promise, and usually goes away on its own after a coupla days xx

I thought slapped cheek too BUT I'd call 111 and see what they advise.

How is he in himself?

So took him walk in. One doc said slapped cheek . She got a second opinion and he said it wasn't as would be in both cheeks?! ( Google tells me different! ) sent us away with antibiotics! So im none the wiser atm! He fine in himelf x
