why not just get a bolster pillow off ebay or market stall I got a 5ft one for £12 in town and having looked at the ones on the web its just as good and very comfortable, ebay have 5 fters for £17

Oh...one of THOSE ones ... Dunno... I don't like having anything underneath me when I sleep... but I used one of those long pillows to put between my legs and under my bump.

There is a Spanish mothercare, I don't know if the prices are any better..

because it sits up and wipes your bottom as my mum would say...its also a bottle warmer and a steriliser as well as a food chopper and steamer... can't get better than that.. !!!

You'll need to ask if they ship to Spain before you bid... I can only see France, Germany and Ireland as other places where they would ship...
