What Folic Acid to go for?

Well went for what will be my last lot of Pills before TTC i have 7months left before i Try and was telling my nurse my plans she advised starting to take folic acid right away.

Whats the best to go for ? Something like pregnacare?

I've got asda own it was only £1 and they are lovely and small so I don't choke on them which is lovely I've got get some more soon as I've been taking them for months another fantastic thing to take when ttc is zinc x

Think it's just folic acid straight up. Nice and small like Evie's Asda ones. Not too threatening! X
