I'm not keen on mine. The appointment system is fine - if you call first thing (8.30) they will fit you in and then if you call later and are really sure you need to be seen then they do a 'sit and wait' at the end of the day where you turn up at 5.30 and they see you when they can.
You can't make advance apps with the docs for more than a week or so - which is annoying for preg apps as i had to remember to ring rather than book as i left the last app.
Midwife is only in on a Tuesday - which is fine because the drop in centre is open all week around the corner so if i needed to see a midwife i could just turn up there.
It's the docs i don't like. Well the 'new' one is mean.
The old oen refuses to treat me for anything preg related inc. contraception etc because he's been there since way before i was born and 'doesn't like to think of me as grown up' - seriosuly, i went to him aged 12 with period pains so severe they were making me sick and he told me i'd have to see a different doctor as he didn't want to be involved!!!!!!!!!!
