We're due in January and I've said from the beginning that I'd want everything done before Christmas so that we can enjoy Christmas and NYE without the worry of running around getting last minute things. So far we're on track for this and have pretty much almost everything we need, except for bath towels, cardigans/jumper/winter tops basically, bedding for the crib and sheets for the cot-bed. Then it's just the nursery to decorate!

What about everyone else? :)

I'm due next month and we only have a crib and bassinet. Haha I've waited as we have a baby shower in a few weeks and we'll for other personal reasons.

I think aldi has their baby bits in atm so have a peek in there for towels etc

People keep buying us bits
I also had loads from my first pregnancy (which ended in mc)
Hubbys sisters kids outgrew loads too so had tonnes from her

Theres endless stuff we could buy if we really wanted to
Im trying to keep it to the basics but my mil keeps buy buy buying!

We have pretty much everything except a cot mattress but we will probably get that after she arrives as she'll be in her Moses basket at first. I think I might get more towels, cellular blankets and muslins too. 4 weeks tomorrow. Eeeek,!!! X

I need a crib mattress for the crib in our room. I still need my cot, chest of drawers and for hubby to paint the nursery. Kind of not worried though as long as I have the crib set up I can wait for the nursery to be completed xx

I've been super organised this time round! I've even decorated the nursery despite the fact that she'll be in my room for several months lol. I wasn't this on track with Blake, but I think that having him to run around after means that I have to be a bit more with it.

I'm due end of next month and we got everything set up the nursery by July ha ha crazy!! We had our last delivery of clothes in September as I couldn't resist all the beautiful dresses in mamas&papas but by July we had even stocked up on milk, nappies and wipes, my hubby is super super organised and way too over excited he couldn't wait. I've just started maternity leave this week and I've literally nothing to do baby wise so sorting Christmas instead hoping to be done in next 2 weeks then I can relax and wait for the little princess to arrive.

I'm having my twins in 3 weeks and all I need to get is some sheets for the crib and to stock up on some more nappies & wipes

Where is everyone getting bedding from for cribs/cot beds? I don't know where is best at a reasonable price!

It's so expensive isn't it? I was telling my mum some of the sets are more expensive than my bedding!

SO expensive! You'd think considering they're all thinner and smaller than an adult or even kids bedding sets, that they wouldn't cost so much!

Exactly!!! I've been saying to my husband that the wedding industry has the highest mark up but swear the baby industry is not far behind!! Some of the prices are unbelievable! Dunelm seem to be the place I get recommended most. Need to have a look X

All you need are cellular blankets and sheets for the mattress. Can get 2 for £5 from asda, tesco etc.

I got bedding for the bedroom crib and bedding for the Cot bed in the mothercare sale. Full price is crazy expensive. Sheets I got from asda george which are decent quality and cheap. :)

I got the 2 sheets for 9 at Asda, I haven't opened them yet just saw them on my way home today and grabbed themselves

I have bought absolutely nothing apart from a pram. 33+1 today. Slightly unprepared!

We got ours in a set from mothercare. It was on sale as they were stopping that particular range. X
