Ive just tried to log on to the Babies R Us website to buy the last few things for LO and the site is under construction...typical, i was really looking forward to some online shopping today.

Anyway im sure there must be some little essentials ive forgotten so it gives me time to have a think about anything i might of missed.

Is everyone else all prepared and ready or do you still have things to get???.....

i just went on babies r us as well! i need to get some cot bedding. aside from that we need a changing unit & a baby bath. i think that's it. i keep panicking i've not got everything, and i just moved house on saturday so there's stuff everywhere. i need to get babies room together sharpish!

I still need to buy lots........

Have the main items - all nursery furniture, clothes, pushchair/carry cot, car seat, play gym. Still need lots of little things like steriliser unit, changing mat, bath seat, bouncy chair, nappies, medicine (sudacrem, calpol etc), room thermometre, bedding and/or another sleeping bag - oh the list is endless.......

Funnily enough I NEVER iron, DH has to iron his own shirts!! Yet I spent hours ironing LO's clothes :D

I've not really got to buy any baby stuff because I've got it all from ds. I do however need to get the moses basket, baby clothes, car seat etc out of the garage & wash it all. I do need to get some newborn dummies and my slings (that MIL is paying for :cheer: ).

I still haven't really thought about a hospital bag either so still need to get some cheap knickers, maternity pads & breast pads. I need to get the birth pool back off my sister (we bought it jointly :D ) and get a new liner. I need some waterproof sheets for the house ready for my home birth and a nice soft new towel to wrap baby in when it's first born. I want a big dark t-shirt to labour in and some new slippers just in case I end up in hospital. And some ibuprofen for afterwards :( .

Ooh and a box for the baby's memory box - we did one for ds so need something similar.

I hadn't realised there was so much! I have to get organised!

I havent bought anything for myself yet apart from toiletries and some slippers (which were a birthday present from my sis).
