What do you class as cd1?

Hi I've been spotting since yesterday - full af is not officially in force yet and my boobs kill, feel like crap etc....

Just wondering when you class af - from the day of spotting or when it is in full swing?

I always have a few day spotting before af so I count from first day she’s in full flow.

Full flow is usually classed as cd1 x

I've always been told that it's the first day you see "cranberry red" blood. Bright red means that blood is flowing through as it should be.

I always count CD1 as the first day of proper red flow but if that's late in the evening I count from the following day.
