6pm quorn sausage stew loaded with vegs (noa mainly had vegs) and rice
7pm 5oz bottle
 
Maisie is such a pig lol

breakfast: banana, strawberry and i cant remember what else
lunch: Avacado
Dinner: Sweet potato, corn on the cob and apple
 
:yay: has maisie got a.strong favourite yet? Noa have never had a strawberrie as I was allergic as a child. Might try.it soon tho x

6:45am - feed
9:00am (got stuck in traffic for an hour so breakfast very late at my sisters) - breastfeed, plum, melon, banana and toast
10:30 - 2oz expressed milk (miracle! Normally refuses a bottle)
12:30 - home made tuna croquettes, home made savoury flapjack, cauliflower, carrots, peas. Yoghurt.
13:30 - feed
4:45 - avocado, courgette, parsnip, spinach, leftover tuna croquette, mash potato, strawberries & orange
6:30 - feed
 
Broccoli hands down as a winner and she loved the strawberry :)

Ok I don't know for sure we use what we have n its diferent everytime, its my favourite dish and everyone I cook it for loves it, its a gambian national dish u can use chicken or beef its optinal. This is to about
10ppl cuz that's how we cook our food :)


Fry the lamb just so its brown all around n put aside

Chop 4 onions (large) as small as possible as its ment to melt in the sauce
Fry in big pot in oil but not so high heat, stir n leave for about 10th min u can also add garlic if u want I do.

Add chilis or chili powder (we do it very spicy)

Add chunks of optinal vegs, we normallly have sweet potatoes, carrots, corguettes but anything goes, even potatoe n frozen vegs.

Chuck In the lamb

Add about 8-10 tomatoes chopped up small

Maggie cubes, can get them in Tesco we add about 7 crushed up

1 jar atleast! PENutbutter smooth (we have a big jar)

1 jar tomatoe puree

Boiled water from kettle little at the time stir stir stir, salt peppar

Splash of ketshup

We add okra but its not a must

Juice from half lemon

Lid on low heat

Spoon out the oil that comes to the top
 
Sometimes I add paprika, coriander, what we got home really. X

N the longer its cooking its better, atleast 2 hours x

ooh im going to give that a go!!! i love peanut butter!! do you have to skin and deseed the tomatoes?
 
today my LO had

Breakfast : weetabix with 3-4oz cows milk and 6oz formula
Snack: rice cake
Lunch: tuna with phillidelphia on homemade bread ! and a yoghurt
afternoon: Half a satsuma and 6oz formula
Tea: mild mixed veg curry made with lots of tomatoes with sweet potato mash and a apricot and banana rice pudding pot.
Bed: 6oz formula

Yay hes had a good day today thank god ! x
 
No just chop n chuck in. U will need a full kettle of water aswell adding little now n again but half the kettle to start with

Dinner salmon n mash

9 banana porridge

2 rusk
4:30 half stage three jar and 5 strawberries
Feed all evening until 7 bed time

Banana porridge at 8
Snack rice cake and biscotti and 3oz :)
Lunch home-made cottage pie and banana delight Heinz jar
Snack rusk and water
Tea grilled chicken breast, potato and carrot waffles and carrot batons

My aim is to not buy any more jars, so I have a few to use up, it's getting more expensive the older she gets!

we r having issues with food atm! =(
today:

breakfast 7oz cows milk, 1 peanut butter on toast finger
lunch 1 yoghurt few spoons cottage pie
dinner 2 small slices banana 1 yoghurt i piece fish finger few mouthfulls cheesy mash

8oz cows milk at bedtime..in 2 stages!!
