So anyway I have already done a home sperm test that come back it was low since then we have been taken wellmans conception his and hers as well as zinc and folic acid tablets I went to the doctors and to,d her about the test and I have an appointment 1st December for a sperm test if it comes back again it's low what can they do to help can they give me anything to boost them up as I don't smoke or drink

Firstly the home tests are very inaccurate, so your doctor should offer you two tests, two months apart. They will also give you lifestyle advice to help you improve your count. If you have a problem like a blockage then surgery may be an option to unblock the tube. If that can't be done then you may be offered surgical sperm retrieval that can either be used with iui or ivf depending on any female issues you may have as a couple. I'm sure there are a couple of ladies here who have had to deal with male factor so hopefully one of them will see your post and be along to offer advice.
