The Conception cap

We've got the semen analysis from our doctor and as I read it, my dh has very low sperm acount:4 millions (test result said: concentration: 4.0* L (20 - 200)). So I've been reading a lot and googling a lot and I came over this web page about the conception cap. With this cap you are placing the sperm in direct contact with your cervical opening which increases the opportunity to conceive.

Has anyone tried it or heard of it? What do you think? Would you consider giving it a try? I might give it a try

I've tried everything...

I tried a mooncup, i tried a cervical cap, i tried a diaphragm, i tried a rolled up condom - i even tried injecting the semen right into my cervix with a syringe and a length of latex catheter.

I think the logic behind it is sound, but if you have watched The Great Sperm Race (or something like that) you'll realise that getting into the cervix is just the start of the difficulties that face sperm and why so many millions are needed.

Hopefully you'll have better luck than i did

Thanks LouiseB I'll just wait untill December and see what I'll do. Now I am going to enjoy the summer, read all the books I wanted to read this year, but didn't have the time to read and relax

Summer is finally here! Lets just hope we get some more sunshine
