I have nausea ALL day in fact the morning is when i feel the best!

as a result i have been struggling to eat anything of much substance as i am off everything!

Apart from apples??

Whats been taking your fancy or turning you off, just curious

FYI a spicy burrito has not gone down well with me today at all :cry: I am having a bad time!
 
I am also eating apples. I am having fish and salad with rice or potatoes for lunch, and am crazy about spare ribs. I no longer want chocolate! I had a grapefruit craving yesterday.
 
during my morning sickness (which was from 3pm onwards!) things that helped me were dry ryvita, handfuls of cereal ... things like that, bland carby foods that I could nibble on.
 
Most fruit takes the edge off, i am struggling with most savoury food i just have to shovel it down without thinking about it so that i have something in my stomach....then try not to think about it afterwards as that also makes me feel ill.

I had tomato soup yesterday and i really enjoyed it, then when i had finished the smell from the bowl was making me feel :sick:

Morning sickness hasn't kicked in for me yet (only 5wks), however my appetite is non existent right now! I'm having to make myself eat food daily, but for the moment living off white rice and marmalade on toast.
I enjoy food, so looking forward to getting my appetite back!
 
Ah Phillipa you got your BFP same day as me :-) :yay:
 
With dd all I could eat was pot noodles, mcdonalds, coco pops and apples. So healthy aha. Anything else made me feel so sick or be sick, wasn't in the mood for anything anyway. Went away around 10 weeks tho.
This time round I can't stop eating nom nom having a boy, completely different pregnancy.

i am eating a lot of fruit.....but also alot of crap too

terrified of my weight during pregnancy as i was with SW and has lost nearly a stone before i cuaght, i bet i have gained nearly all that recently :-(

I know i can follow SW when pregnant but its hard when you're craving stuff!

i really really dont want my weigh to spiral
 
I'm just eating eating eating. Seems to be that I go from full to starving in about an hour. And as soon as I'm hungry I'm nauseous. Trying to make sure its mostly fruit and veg snacks, but really craving crisps and sausage rolls.

Have a sauage roll lmao. Ive been eating anythjng this pregnancy that i didnt with dd.
 
Everything today... first day I've felt consumed by hunger!
 
Today I've managed to ward it off but by constantly eating! Just had a big bowl of spaghetti and chicken and veg which I really really fancied and started feeling ill half way through so I've had.to cram it down to make sure I'm actually eating at least one balanced meal a day!


 
I am actually going to sit down this weekend and sort a meal plan, as I want to make sure I eat sensibly - but giving myself today off!!
 
I need to batch cook some stuff too. Reason being is that when I'm queasy the process of cooking makes it worse and by the time said meal is finished I've gone off the idea.

If I could just heat something to quickly it would be much better! And healthier than me chowing down on the nearest thing available to me


 
Or in our case, ordering takeaway!

Ha oooo OH is away tomorrow and I am so tempted to get a chow mein!!!
