Sunflower! im laughing because it actually sounds ok to me, i am a big fan of strong pickled onions! Mum makes me shallots home pickled and they are soooo strong i LOVE them

My husband makes them and they are super strong. I've heard pickled onions is a common craving.

My waistline isn't going to thank me at all!!!!

Cheese crackers pickled onions and gherkins and chutney uuuhhh get in my belly!

Apple and cheese is also good - slices of apple used instead of a cracker

We had a couple of takeaways over the weekend and everything just tastes so bland to me atm. I'm actually back into cooking from scratch though, as I want to fill myself with the foods and tastes I want :lol:
 
My OH is always up for a takeaway lol. I'm still eating very normally in general but one thing I have noticed is that I don't have my usual need for sweet things. Our office at work is always full of treats and I'm usually very happy to indulge but over the last few days I've been happy to walk past an open box :shock:

I had that initially until the nausea kicked in a few weeks later. The only thing that helps me with feeling sicky is to eat. I've always had a sweet tooth, but I'm equally happy with savoury right now. Just give me alllll the foood.
 
Oh my gosh, yes! You've made me realise its week since I pigged out on chocolate and sweet treats ha!

I'm leaning towards more savoury foods this time it seems.
 
Hi! Try ginger tea. Ginger has long been used to aid digestion and reduce abdominal discomfort. Studies show that it may also help relieve the symptoms of nausea.

Other options are to sip cold ginger ale or to add a slice of raw ginger to water or tea.

Snacks such as gingerbread, or ginger cookies may also help.

Peppermint tea may also help settle the stomach.
 
I'm loving strong ginger ale right now. Fentimans do a really lovely one that's quite fiery
