Like the title says.
Some of you may have seen a previous post of mine about going into hospital for treatment for a few abnormal smears. Well yesterday was the day, got to the hospital for 2.45 for my 3pm appointment. The consultant explained to me and hubby about what he was going to do (hot wire) and what my biopsies showed (CIN3). So I have a history of bad bleeding, i haemorrhaged after having Olly and lost 1.6ltrs and the struggled to stop the bleeding - I was eventually taken to theatre, I again have bled really bad after both of my colscopys after they took biopsys. So I expected it again ... And it's exactally what I got.
After lying on that bed crying in pain for 45 mins while he practically had his hand up me trying to stop the blood I got transferred to another hospital and had to stay the night. At one point there was 6 people looking inside me, I hadn't eaten since breakfast, I felt sick, hot and lightheaded .. My stomach cramps felt like a constant sharp contraction. They eventually had to put a surgical tampon inside my cervix to put pressure onto the area and hope that does the job. Now that was taken out this morning and my god it was like giving birth again, it was clotted and I am only bleeding brown blood now so they discharged me at lunch time on the basis I go straight back if it turns red. So for the last 24 hours Iv been doped up on strong painkillers - havnt eaten and slept an hour here and there. I was put on a ward where ladies were shouting through the night and they kept coming over to do my Bp every few hours and top up my antibiotic drip and give me painkillers.
I got home at 1pm, had a quick shower and went straight to bed. Iv just woken up and had a sandwich, my tummy is so sore and my foof feels like iv given birth - I think my scar tissue has split - I'm going to have to check it out with a mirror.
I missed my little dude so much, although he had no idea I'd been anywhere
