... And no idea if it's pregnancy related. Got home from work - looked in the mirror and it looks as if I have two big bruises on the sides of my neck
They're not bruises - I.e not tender or swollen in any way - just kind of brownish patch that looks like a bruise. I've tried to attach a pic but not sure how clear it will come out on here - they appear more obvious in real life.
Not really sure what to make of it (otherwise feeling fine)... Any ideas?
People are going to think my husbands been choking me or something!!
Xxx

Oh how odd! The only thing that cones to mind is called
Mask of pregnancy or Chloasma if you wanted to google and see what you think, not sure if affects neck as well as face tho xx

Very strange, your body does all sorts when pregnant maybe it's just hormones or you could just have bruised it in bed? Unsure of this Hun xx

I had these but on my face. Looked like someone had given me a smack! Mine have faded already and baby is only 8 days old.

I'm also not sure if it's possible on your neck but wouldn't surprise me. Pregnancy does strange things! Xx

I have mask marks on my face - they look like dirty marks! Foundation covers them but funny to look at when they arnt covered -

Thanks ladies - it doesn't really look like the Google images of 'mask of pregnancy' and there's nothing on my face but guess it can vary for everyone. How very strange! Guess I'll just have to see how it looks in the morning. Congratulations on your recent arrival xxcharliexx!! :) xxx
