I believe the 6 month thing is just a guideline, I have been here 5 months so its not really an issue

Yes the 6 month rule was there for last time, we discussed it this time and left it there to put off people applying who had only been here a few weeks.

We discussed pro's and cons of all candidates and did our best to pick the right people for the job. I don't think it's fair on GGG to nit-pick over her being a few weeks short. If anyone is very upset and think we did the wrong thing, please pm myself or Laura.
