Hi Girls,

From my tracker it says now that I am 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant, I missed my period couple of days ago, but I am noticing this white watery discharge onto my pads... i've had discharge before but this seems to be lots, should i be concerned about this increase in discharge, it kinda feels like i'm having a period but it's this watery discharge that's coming out and leaving stains on my pad.

I also experienced some cramping that was moderately painful, it lasted for less then an hour and then went away. Had this cramping last night but today seems fine.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi, congratulations!

Discharge in early pregnancy is very normal especially as you describe. Some cramping is normal also but if you are concerned or get any shoulder pain at all you should consult your EPU.

Congratulations!!

The discharge and cramping is normal. If your cramping becomes severe then you'd need to contact your Dr. The cramping is usually caused by your uterus stretching etc.
Good luck with your next 9 months x
