Waters broke but no contractions

Hi
My waters broke today and mw said I'll probably go into labour in the next 24 hours. If not I'll be induced. I assume this means I can't give birth in a birthing pool? I forgot to ask the mw, does anyone know?

I was induced and was told it would be unlikely I would be able to have a water birth due to needing increased monitoring. However, my labour was straightforward and I was allowed in the pool for the pushing stage (which was only 25 mins) and gave birth in the water. Good luck!
