Is it possible to still have water retention almost a year after your baby is born? I still can't put my wedding ring back on my left wedding finger and I don't think I could have put weight on my fingers (they look a bit bloated). I am about 1 stone over my pre-pregnancy weight and although I am not that conscientious about eating right, I think some of the weight is water. If it is water retention, how can I shift it?
