Waahh, c section scar question

It looks like mines infected

Its all healed execpt the bit on the left where they tied off the stitches. Its red and has a plug of dry pus in it. I cant get a GP appointment, has anyone had an infected scar and what was your treatment?
Ive kept it clean and dry, now THIS, Im about ready to crack up I really am

Do they put you on antibiotics?

Ive had about enough now

i havent had an infection in my scars but wanted to give you these

when i had a infection after my c section with james i had a infection which was treated with antibiotics, try to get to a docs asap just incase as the last thing you want is for it to get worse

Sounds strange but try bathing it in salt water - either with cotton wool and cooled boiled water or try putting some in your bath. Just till you can get to the docs.

I had a pussing bit but that now healed and the rest is still fairly red. my HV said it looked ok though. I will get it checked at my 6 wk appointment.
